Accessibility

The City Market welcomes guest with disabilities and will make every effort to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations to accommodate the guest’ needs.

The following approved devices are allowed inside The City Market: walkers, canes, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, crutches, and medical strollers. Registered service dogs may be allowed into The City Market if properly identified as a service animal.

WHERE DO WE PARK?

Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the door?

Yes, tickets may be purchased at the door

Will there be a place to check my purchases, so I do not have to carry them?

Yes, there will be a place to check bags for a nominal cost of $5.00 for a maximum of 3 packages.

What if I want to leave The City Market for a few hours and return later, do I have to buy another admission pass?

No, you simply have your hand stamped before you leave. This will allow you to enter later at no cost.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE SWEETSTAKES TICKETS DURING THE CITY MARKET?

YES!! The City Market Sweepstakes tickets will be on sale until 4:45 pm on Friday, March 31st. Sweepstakes items will be displayed during the Preview Party and Market Day. The drawing for winners will be at 5 pm on Friday, March 31st. You do not need to be present to win.

Can I volunteer to help?

If you are not a member of HJF but would like to volunteer, please contact us at contact@thecitymkt.org for more information. HJF would love your support.

Will there be security during the event?

Yes

Do children need tickets to enter market?

Yes, everyone attending The City Market must purchase a ticket to be admitted. No strollers, carts, shopping bags with wheels, wagons etc. are allowed on the show floor during The City Market.

Are there ATMs available?

No

Is there valet parking?

Valet parking is available for a fee. Prepaid valet tickets may be purchased when you purchase your event ticket.

Where can I find baby changing and breast-feeding stations?

There is a baby changing table in the family restroom in the main entrance lobby. There will be an area for nursing mothers onsite. Please ask at the information booth for directions to the area.

What items are prohibited in the market?

Safety concerns prohibit strollers, wagons, rolling bags or rolling carts. Weapons, firearms. air horns, whistles, noisemakers, and fireworks are prohibited. No remote-controlled vehicles including cars, golf carts, hover boards, Segways, or drones are allowed. Pets are not allowed into the market with the exceptions of registered and identifiable service animals.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, lost and found is located in the entrance lobby.

Is there a first aid station?

Yes. The first aid station is located in the entrance lobby.

Where are the restrooms located?

Restrooms are located on either side of the main entrance lobby.

What are the COVID 19 and health/safety restrictions?

The City Market will follow the current CDC policy recommendations.
